Welcome Home!!

At long last, Curt arrived in Connecticut this evening to a true hometown hero's welcome including a police escort, a fire truck to hoist the U.S. flag, a television news crew, and lots of family, friends, and proud Americans. The Marines from MWSS272 should be leaving Iraq soon as well.

As citizens, we all benefit from the courage, honor, and sacrifice of our military men and women and their families. Freedom is not free and we must always remember its price. May God bless Curt, Melissa, and Bailey and all our military families.

Welcome home, Curt, and enjoy your much deserved rest and time with your beautiful family.

Coming Home!

I just heard from Melissa that Curt is due in North Carolina today and may be home here in Connecticut by week's end.
